How this works is simple. You have a successful business with a proven model and profitable track record doing at least $750,000 per year in EBITDA.
We agree to a consulting engagement agreement where I will review the business in detail and apply my growth scaling framework based on, though not limited to the following:
– The current products and or services offerings
– The current level of income, gross revenue, net, COGS, CAC, sales structure, etc
– additional key insights and information
– and any specific goals you have or may want to achieve
I will make suggestions on areas for improvement utilizing 4 core models that have the ability to grow the business by 5-10x, along with an estimated timeline based on certain factors.
When we agree to the suggestions, including creating a specific pricing and its detailed structing model, next we agree to an equity stake % of the business and then move to implement the strategies for scale.

6 Important Qualifications for you and your business to be Eligible to Partner with us;
1. The business is profitable, earning $750,000 minimum EBITDA/SDE annually to be considered as a “Platform Company”
– It is important that you are able to provide 3 years of solid accounting to show company is operating at this level
2. within the following industries;
Online businesses, consulting, coaching, Ecom, Accounting and Financial Services, (such as CPA Firms and/or Bookkeeping and Payroll Providers), Insurance Agency, HVAC, Backflow & Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Landscaping, Construction, Gutter, Garage, Property Management, Irrigation & Sprinkler, Pool & Spa, Security Systems, Outdoor Lighting, Solar, Mold, Fire, Disaster Restoration/Remediation, Fiber Optic Cable Installation, Dental Clinic, Orthodontic Clinic, Medical Equipment, Auto Body / Collision Shop, Auto Repair / Auto Service, Wholesale, Supplier, Distribution, IT, SaaS, Wealth Management,
3. The company is in business for 1+ years with a solid reputation (this creates a history)
4. Company is either not listed, or if listed, Broker is flexible in how he/she is paid (when the Broker gets the befits of how we work they are usually excited and on board with us, often wanting to do more deals with us).
5. As the owner, we look to work with people with the following qualities & characteristics;
– professional, flexible, understand the bigger picture, committed to communicating, able to work within a team, understand that you built your business & together we are taking it to another level, meaning it is critical that as the owner to be on board with the vision and what that takes to accomplish it/see it through, which we will outline together and agree on together before proceeding into a partnership agreement (see below for more details)
When a business qualifies with the above 6, the following below then takes place;
1. We get you Full Market Value for what the business is worth today
– we agree on this price, which is typically between a 3-4x multiple of EBITDA
2. We create a new entity that we are both parties to/members of and both have ownership interest in
3. My team comes in and infuses your business for growth
– we bear 100% of the additional costs/expenses/team related growing of the business beyond where you have grown it to
4. We give you a piece of the additional growth that we generate with our funds/teams in place at exit
5. My team buys additional companies & adds them on to your company, combining them together
– Your company name and brand remains the same so its reputation and legacy stays intact
– We manage all of the add on companies & have an agreement with you that works within our growth model so that we are working together to scale and increase the value of your company at a rapid rate
6. My team brings the EBITDA multiple and we roll up the businesses selling to Private Equity for a larger exit
– the timeline for this is usually within 2-3 years, rarely up to 4-5 years (depending on our exit strategy, we want to be in & out as fast as possible, sometimes as quickly as 2 years)
8. You get a piece of the profit at exit (depending on what we agree to)
– On top of receiving FMV for your business at the time of agreement, you also receive a piece of the exit valuation at closing, receiving a much larger piece than you would have received just selling the business for FMV
9. Your life is transformed. You can go out & get or build another million dollar EBITDA company & we can partner and do it all over again (within the same industry of business that you are an expert in that we exited the first time).
